“Allan is a remarkable musician and human being, who brings joy, humor, and deep musical knowledge, skill and experience to his workshops and clinics. I have so enjoyed being part of several of these, and can confidently say that amateur musicians as well as seasoned singers and conductors will LEARN from his high energy, focused and effective choral rehearsal techniques, and joy at bringing the music and texts off of the page. He brings an amazing ear as well as helpful techniques in vocal production and choral sound. His lived experience with church choirs, community choirs and his gifts of composition all make him a delightfully skilled clinician and collaborator. His clinics are fun, meaningful, and productive.”
